After installing codeblocks open it. you will see a window like this:

 Steps to start a new project:

1. Click on Create a new project
2. Then select Console Application and click Go
3. Select Language (C or C++)
4. Enter project title
5. Select Compiler as GNU GCC and click Finish
6. Now on left side of screen you will see sources under workspace, click on sources
7. It opens Main file
8. There you write your whole program

After completing writing part of your program, to run it click on Green Play Button on top.
